The United Farm Workers posters project involved creating promotional materials to encourage individuals to join unions. The goal was to design visually compelling posters that would engage the target audience, emphasizing the mission of UFW. Conducted research on UFW's history, mission, and current initiatives to incorporate key elements in the final design. Analyzed promotional materials from the 1960s to understand the visual language and messaging of UFW at the height of their union. Created initial sketches and concepts focusing on bold impactful visuals referencing the union's already impactful symbols. Developed mockups using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, incorporating feedback from UFW members. Iterated on the designs based on user testing.

Conducted A/B testing with different poster designs to evaluate their effectiveness and appeal. Gathered feedback from a sample of UFW members and supporters. One key pain point appeared to be language, the design was iterated once again to address this. The final posters were well-received by UFW and their supporters.
